REPLACEMENT POLICY:
Due to the nature of these products, Essence of America™ will only replace products if they are delivered damaged. Upon receipt of the damaged item the recipient should contact us toll free at 1-888-854-2443 and we will immediately send out a replacement. The recipient should replace the damaged product into its original packaging, as a courier may pick up the damaged product for return.
Essence of America™ and the courier will not be responsible for delay in deliveries due to inclimate weather, natural disasters, or equipment/systems malfunctions. If glass bottle is shattered, DO NOT HANDLE!, simply leave the product in its original carton and drop back inside shipping carton. Essence of America™ is not responsible for any typographical errors you made on shipping addresses. So please check your spelling for accuracy to avoid any disappointments or delays in shipping.
